Low Voltage Switchboard (MF Type), up to 6300Amps
The ELETRA Custom-built Low Voltage Switchboard (MF type) is available in a range from 630A to 6300A with Short-circuit Withstand Protection up to 100kA. It is also available in different forms (Form-1 to Form-4) suiting a customer's need and application. Its state-of-the-art, fully tested design ensures safety, power-saving and simplicity.
Distribution Boards (MB Type), up to 630Amps
The ELETRA Custom-built Distribution Board (MB Type) is available in a range from 100A to 630A. Its modular design provides complete flexibility to the customers at the time of installation. It serves as a complete solution for the distribution of power.
Capacitor Bank (Power Factor Correction Panel)
The ELETRA Capacitor Bank (Power Factor Control Panel), which improves power factor to increase energy efficiency, is a comprehensive automatic power factor regulation panel which can better save energy and electric power for greater profits.
Its main features are:
* Modular design which allows upgrading of KVAR ratings as and when required
* Advanced microprocessor based relay used to ensure real time power factor correction in the installation.
Automatic Transfer Switch
The ELETRA Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) provides a solution to handle transfer of critical loads to emergency sources with reliability. It ensures the continuity of electric supply to an installation with minimum interruption by making an automatic changeover from normal supply to emergency supply. It is manufactured in accordance with IEC 60439-1.
The ATS Panels are suitable for indoor as well as outdoor applications. Its rated insulation voltage is 690V, with main B/B rating up to 6300A maximum and a Short-circuit Withstand capacity of 100kA for 1 Sec.
Motor Control Center ( MCC Panel)
The ELETRA Motor Control Centre Panel is made of compartmentalized modular construction conveniently grouped to control equipment primarily used for control of motors. The MCC comes in a completely Type Tested design conforming to the internal form of separation to Form-3B. The modules are available in draw-out as well as fixed versions. The draw-out version is available up to 225A. For higher ratings, we offer the fixed version.
AC/DC Distribution Board
The ELETRA AC/DC Distribution Board is built mainly for SEC (Saudi Electric Company) substations for supplying power to the auxiliary equipment of substations. The AC Distribution Board comes in a completely Type Tested design up to 5000A with a Short-circuit Withstand capacity of 85kA at 220V. The DC Distribution Board comes in a design up to 400A with a Short-circuit Withstand capacity of 25kA a 125V DC.
Package Substation & Unit Substation
The ELETRA Package Substation is factory-assembled and tested. It is designed and manufactured in order to satisfy a customer's specific needs. The design engenders high level of flexibility that covers a wide range of applications. It is manufactured in accordance with IEC standards and SEC specifications.
The Package Substation is a combination of Ring Main Unit, Transformer and Low Voltage panel; and a Unit Substation is a combination of Transformer and Low Voltage panel.
These substations are used for effective electrical power distribution in medium voltage to low voltage distribution system.
* Ring Main Unit is non-extensible type with two ring load break switches plus one fused switch or circuit breaker for the tee-off switching. The tee-off switching rated 200A is suitable for transformers up to 3000kVA. Other kinds can be provided on request
* Distribution Transformer KVA ratings are 100, 200, 300, 500, 630, 800, 1000, 1250, 1500, 1600, 2000, 2500 and 3000 KVA. Primary voltage ratings are 33kV, 13.8kV and 11kV. Secondary voltage ratings are 230V, 380V and 480V. Other ratings can be provided on request
* Low Voltage Panels are designed as stand-alone panels. It is manufactured, in accordance with IEC standards and SEC specifications, up to 6000Amp.:
