Metal Clad Switchgear

Alfanar Electrical Systems manufactures Metal Clad ENS Switchgear under technology-transfer agreement with Schneider Electric. It's an indoor type, air-insulated, withdraw-able metal-clad switchgear designed for usage in the MV section of HV/MV as well as MV/MV substations. It complies with IEC standards # 60298, 60694 and 60529.

The ENS Switchgear is manufactured using EVOLIS Vacuum Circuit Breaker in a range of modern designs of metal-clad, type-tested cubicles.

Cubicle Switchgear

The Cubicle Switchgear (SF6 insulated, MV ME6) are designed in compliance with IEC and Italian standards for providing a wide variety of functions and services matching with the requirements of modern power distribution system. It has been evolved based on a study on its effective usage in the MV secondary distribution compact stations.

Customized and Retrofit Solutions

Alfanar Electrical Systems offers Customization and Retrofit Solutions for a wide range of MV distribution cubicles that are designed for indoor use. The solutions also include all specific functions that are required for designing metal-enclosed switchgears that house various combinations of air-break switches, vacuum contactors for motorized switching and circuit breakers pertaining to switching and protection applications.
